Can managers see only their own people?
Yes. Company managers see only their company's users, courses and reports. Department and manager-level views use the department and manager fields synced from HR.
Can we build custom reports?
Yes. Administrators can build their own reports with the report builder and schedule them by email, and we create custom reports on demand for anything more specific.
Can we get the data into Power BI or Tableau?
Yes, through scheduled CSV exports or the REST API. Many teams keep LaserLMS reports for daily follow-up and feed a BI tool for board-level dashboards.
